Returns & Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition with tags attached

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to start a return:
Please email safarwearstore@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Damages or wrong items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items:
Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, and select items are final sale.

Exchanges:
Return your item once approved and place a new order for the item you want.

EU customers:
Orders shipped to the EU may be returned within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer laws.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
